Premera TV
Ads for a health insurance provider can be pretty dry. To prevent that, we slathered them with some beautiful animation we put together with the gang at The New Blank. Copywritten by Mr. Copacino. Terrific original music by Mr. Buroker at Hearby.
The Legend of Larry Bernandez
It started with a 30 second TV spot. It ended up much bigger than that. Weirder, too. Winner 2012 National Gold ADDY and 2012 NW ADDYs Gold/Best of Show. Done with the incomparable Mike Hayward.
2012 Mariners TV
Here’s a batch of madness for the 2012 Seattle Mariners. Probably the last time I’ll ever need to worry about the glare off of Ichiro’s glasses. Teamed with Mike Hayward on these. Perfectly edited by Troy Murison at Dubs, Inc.
Seattle Children’s Hospital “Anthem”
Seattle Children’s rebranded and wanted to present their new tagline, “Hope. Care. Cure.” in a :60 TV spot. We shot for three days at the hospital with director Ron Gross, including two set-ups in the OR during actual surgeries. There were no Junior Mint incidents. Mr. Mike Hayward is the writer. Mr. Barry Pepper performed ...
Mariners TV Sampler
A random sampling of Mariners TV spots from over the years. Way back to 1996 for the Buhner and the fly spot. Writers: John Schofield, Ben Steele, Mike Hayward, Joe Gerlitz and Jim Copacino. But not all at the same time. 2012 NW Addys Best of Show winner.
Washington State Lottery
A sampling of Washington State Lottery spots I did with writer John Schofield. Directed by David Wild, Adam Bernstein and Ron Gross.
“I want to cure children, not mice.”
This is a five minute video we put together for Children’s. It presents the work of researcher Dr. Mike Jensen. And some determined and resilient families of young kids with cancer. You might want to grab a hankie for this one. Jim Copacino was the writer. The amazing Lulu Gargiulo shot it.
